3. Fees and Method of Payment

Details of fees for each service, info material, or product are provided prior to confirmation. All payments must be completed before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Legal Services for Enterprises

Cancellation before commencement: eligible for full reimbursement.
Cancellation after commencement: eligible for proportional reimbursement based on time unspent, at Juravine’s discretion.
Postponement: clients may defer a scheduled service once at no extra cost, provided notice is given at least 7 days in advance.

4.2 Information Products

Requests for reimbursement must be sent via our contact form within 14 days of purchase.
If access to more than 10% of the content is recorded, the request will be declined.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be shipped back within 14 days in original condition.
Shipping costs for sending back are the responsibility of the client.
After inspection, reimbursement will be processed within 30 days to the original method of payment.

4.4 Non-Refundable Services

Bespoke legal work, such as custom research or personalized document packages initiated immediately upon request, is non-refundable due to the unique nature of the deliverable.

5. Delivery of Services and Materials

Services commence on the agreed date. Info materials are delivered via download link. Physical goods dispatch within the time frame specified at purchase.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, documents, and templates provided by Juravine remain the property of Juravine unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

Juravine’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service, product, or info material.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
